NORTH WEST LHIN VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

  • Health Professionals Advisory Committee (HPAC). Collaboration and consultation with our many stakeholders is integral to the mission of the North West LHIN. As front line providers of care, health professionals are essential members of our community and have a valued role in helping to achieve the vision of healthcare in Ontario. Each LHIN is establishing a Health Professionals Advisory Committee comprised of members from a range of health services professions. This multi-disciplinary committee will have the responsibility of providing advice to the network on how to achieve patient-centred health care.

Interviews are still being held for this committee. For information, contact Kristin Shields at kristin.shields@lhins.on.ca

  • Communities of Interest (support to Advisory Teams and Working Groups).  If you are interested in joining a Community of Interest, please complete the relevant form(s) below and return to kristin.shields@lhins.on.ca, fax to (807) 684-9533 or mail to 975 Alloy Drive, Suite 201, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 5Z8.
